- Long sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs. Buttoned shoulder epaulettes. Star patch at each shoulder. Surplus-inspired patches on each sleeve.
- "U.S.-R.L." patch on the left chest. Winged-star patch on the right chest. Two chest snapped pockets. Two front waist snapped pockets. Interior left chest pocket. Drawstring waist. Lined on the front body, upper back body and sleeves.
