- Long raglan sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. Chenille "67" patch at the right sleeve. "Eastern League 'R' 1967 Varsity Team League Champs" embroidered at the left sleeve.
- Two front waist welt pockets. "Only 5" printed under the right pocket.
