- Shawl collar. Buttoned closure at the right undercollar. Two jersey stripes at the right collar. Five-button placket.
- Long sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. "R.L.F.C." skull-and-crossbones shield patch at the right sleeve.
- Chenille bulldog and "1967 P" football patches at the left chest. Chenille "67" and "R" patches at the right chest.
