- Size 40R has a 76.2 cm front body length, a 74.9 cm back body length, a 47 cm shoulder, and a 44.4 cm sleeve length.
- Notch lapels. Buttonhole on the left lapel. "PRL," a crown and crossed mallets embroidered on the left undercollar. Two-button silhouette. Gold-tone buttons debossed with a Polo helmet and crossed mallets motif.
- Cuffs with four decorative buttons.
- Left chest welt pocket. Two front waist flapped pockets. Two interior breast pockets.
- Double vent. Half-canvassed. Lined at the sleeves and the back yoke.
