- Striped ribbed baseball collar. Snapped placket.
- Long sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. "67" appliqué at the left sleeve.
- "Polo Ralph Lauren" patch at the left chest. Patch with our iconic Polo Bear and crossed baseball bats at the right chest. "67" appliqué at the right chest.
