- Spread collar. Buttoned placket with signature closures.
- Long sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs. Star patch at the right cuff. "P.R.L." crown patch at the left arm.
- Two chest buttoned flap pockets. Heart embroidered at the right chest. Woven "Polo" label above the left pocket. "67" patch at the left shoulder. "Brooklyn" printed at the right shoulder.
- "Polo" logo, a chenille Polo Bear patch, and a felt "bonjour" speech bubble embroidered at the centre back.
