Created by Ralph Lauren Corporation's Black Advisory Council, the Ralph Lauren Pin of Solidarity is a tangible, evergreen symbol of allyship and solidarity with Black, African and African American communities. Conceived and designed by our employees, this pin is intended as a gateway for conversation, connection and understanding. To honour the pin's purpose and recognise shared values between both organisations, Ralph Lauren will donate 100% of the profits (excluding manufacturing and related costs incurred) from the sale of each pin between 1st June 2023 and 31st July 2024 to the Rio Ferdinand Foundation, which creates opportunities for young people to tackle inequality, achieve their personal potential and drive social change.
